  • We are looking for Hospitality & Tourism Trainer for our center World Education Mission.

  • Person need to be experienced under DDU GKY, NSDC project or any other govt Project Pertaining to  Hospitality and Tourism ,

  • Should have experience in training the students and have hold on the subject.

  • Must be aware of basic concepts for teaching  Food & Beverage Stewarts & Counter Sales Executive ( in depth knowledge would be added advantage)

  • Show practical and demo classes for the topic.

  • Preference would be given to those who are SOP Certified from DDUGKY. 

  • Responsible for effective Training of the assigned trade as per NSQF norms for DDU-GKY project

  • Should have basic Knowledge of Tools, Machinery used in Food processing (Fruit,Pulp,Spices)

  • Responsible for maintaining attendance of candidates during training.

  • Apply innovative teaching tools and techniques to check absenteeism and retain the candidates for the entire training 

Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitability Mgmt./Hotel Management / Catering Technology with 4-5 Yrs. two years’ experience in the relevant field

  • Experience: All candidates should have prior experience in DDU-GKY, NSDC, NEEM or any other Govt Projects.

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in the Industry.

  • Must have good communication skills both Written & Spoken.

  • Presentation Skills

Handling Placements pertaining to DDU-GKY Skill Training Programs.

  • Job Involves Requirements Pooling, as par with the prevailing demand for the placements of the happening program from time to time.

  • Must be aggressive in achieving the Job Placement targets for concerned Projects.

  • An ideal candidate must be good at correspondence with the concern team members from across India, in order to get the things done.

  • Monthly identification of Placement Load and Skill Set Mapping

  • Requirement/Lead generation to meet Monthly Targets

  • Submission of Monthly Placement Plan as per project guidelines

  • Requirement/Lead generation to meet Monthly Targets

  • Arranging Job Fairs/Campus Interviews

  • To take part in the Screening/selection Process of the candidates

  • To conduct pre-placement sessions for expectation management of the candidates (At least once in a month)

  • Preparation of Monthly Placement MIS and Record keeping

  • Ensuring up-gradation/career progression of placed/experienced candidates

  • Regular Company Visits to build a strong relationship with industries.

  • Need Experience in DDU-GKY, NSDC, NEEM or any other Govt Projects for Placement.

  • Provide Placement to the candidates as per the DDU-GKY, NSDC, and NEEM etc.  Job roles.

  • Ensuring candidates are completing specified training period.

  • Having experience of placing more than 90% candidates in DDU-GKY, NSDC, and NEEM project.

  • Ability to meet time-bound target.

  • Sharing MIS reports in a timely fashion.

  • Open to travel 

  • Good Communication Skills written & Spoken.

World Education Mission is currently undertaking skill development projects in various states of India. We are looking for a Project Manager to manage end to end operations of DDUGKYNSDCNEEM Projects undertaken by the entity. The job responsibilities shall include the following:

  • To travel to multiple locations where the project is being undertaken/to be undertaken

  • To coordinate with teams for center set up, mobilization, equipment procurement and all the requirements as required under the DDUGKY .NSDC Govt Project.

  • To coordinate with the designated authorities as and when required

  • To ensure that all the necessary reports, forms as per SOPs are furnished to designated authorities within the timelines, without failure

  • Participate with the team for mobilization and placement of the candidate

  • To meet the training targets and complete the training within timelines

  • To give regular reporting to the management

  • The desired candidate  shall be responsible for taking regular follow ups with the State level team and take immediate corrective measures

  • To coordinate with placement team for making tie-ups with reputed industries for placement of the candidates

  • The person shall be responsible to regularly visit the centers and keep continuous track of the progress.

  • The person shall not be hesitant in joining the team for conducting field activities for sourcing of candidates

  • To conduct regular training sessions for Trainers

The candidate shall be well versed with the DDUGKYNSDC, and NEEM SOPs. Candidate who have passed the DDUGKYNSDCNEEM certification shall be given preference. The job shall be full time and shall involve travelling to the centers.

Salary shall not be a bar for deserving candidates
